Mr. Khadak Bahadur Karki has more than 15 years of professional experience and technical skills in different health programs. Especially, program planning, budgeting, and implementation areas. Similarly, competencies, experiences, and capacity in the health system strengthen and deliver quality public health professionalism including program monitoring and facilitation. He has worked closely in both government and private spheres, which adds to his rich professional profile.
Good experience and knowledge of Social Behavior Change, Social Marketing, Family Planning, reproductive and adolescent health, nutrition, and HIV/AIDS. Currently employed with HERD International as a Health System Strengthening Officer.

Worked as a Project Coordinator-Save the Children International and lead the Healthy Transition for Nepali Youth project and Partner NGO at Kalikot District. The project was focused on Adolescent health.
Worked as a Program Coordinator-Johns Hopkins University-Center for Communication Program (JHU-CCP) in Surkhet strengthening the system for Behavior Change in local governments.
Employed in HERD International as a District Coordinator Kalikot and lead the Multi-Sector Nutrition Plan (MSNP) Coordination and collaborated with DDC, DEO, DHO, DWSO, DAO, DWCDO, and DLSO. and local governments.
Worked as a Training Officer-Good Neighbors International at Nowakot and the overall training of the project.
Worked as a District Program Officer-PSI Nepal at Banke, Women Health Program (WHP) implementation, Monitoring.
