Mr Adhikari has more than six years of practical experiences of financial management in various organizations with various donor agencies. He is experienced in up to date filing system for accounting/financial records, managing all aspects of day to day operations of finance department within an office, assist in the implementation of finance policies, procedures and systems and ensure compliance with organization’s procedures and guidelines.
He has gained knowledge in Financial Reporting (IFRS/NFRS), Accounting Principles (GAAP/IAS) and Value for Money (VFM). He is aware about GoN Taxation, VAT and TDS rules and regulations and compliances. He is familiar with internal audit, external audit and internal control mechanism. He has experience of budgeting and planning, monitoring, controlling, financial analysis and reporting and fund management. He is proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in spreadsheet, Computerized Accounting Packages (Tally and Money Works Gold).
Adhikari has gained experiences of administration management and logistics management. He has experiences of correspondence with donor agencies, banks and other stakeholders, maintaining confidential records and files, arrangement of DSA/Travel for participants during training and workshops. He has a good interpersonal, team building, analytical and problem solving, decision making effective communications skills.
